According to the Credit Reporting Agencies Act (2010), the information is supplied to Subscribers by FDR after the subject’s written consent has already been obtained by the Subscribers, and such information is meant solely for the Subscribers own discretionary use.
FDR takes a grave view of the unauthorised disclosures to third parties, and will strictly enforce the provisions of the Subscriber Agreement in the event of such practices. Subscribers should ensure that their officers or employees adhere to the Subscriber Agreement.
Reports from FDR are strictly Private & Confidential – For internal use only. No person or entity, except the subject concern, shall be entitled to obtain, view or use the report without written consent from FDR.
It is to be noted that FDR is not a party to any credit decision made or to be made by the Subscribers.
To ensure that such applications remain confidential and secure, FDR uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect the data being transmitted between the Web browser and our systems. For added security, Subscriber's online session will be timed out after a specific period of inactivity and only authorised personnel from FDR are permitted to access the information.
