About Us
FIS Data Link Sdn Bhd is the Gateway Provider appointed by the Ministry of Transport Malaysia for Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) e-Hakmilik System. The Gateway connecting JPJ and FIS Data Link (FDL) is to provide an electronic data transfer pertaining to the registration and discharge of vehicle ownership claims by all parties offering hire-purchase financing or staff loan, as the case may be, to their customers/staff for the purchase of vehicles or motorcycles.
Services
Ownership Claim Registration
This is to register the Subscriber’s ownership claim interest in JPJ MySikap System for motor vehicles or equipment which is the subject of hire purchase, leasing or credit loans. The ownership claim record is submitted by the Subscriber via FDL e-Hakmilik Gateway for both new and used motor vehicle for online verification before processing the record at JPJ system.
Ownership Claim Discharge
This is to discharge an ownership claim record registered in JPJ MySikap System which was registered earlier by the Subscribers when the hirer settled the loan with the Subscriber. Discharge ownership claim record is submitted by the Subscriber via FDL e-Hakmilik Gateway.
Manual Ownership Claim Conversion
This is to convert the Subscriber’s ownership claim record which was registered in JPJ MySikap System before December 2005 will need to perform a conversion process by entering the records into e-Hakmilik System before the ownership claim record can be discharged by the Subscriber.
Ownership Claim Enquiry
This is to enable the Subscriber to track the status of their ownership claim record by entering the vehicle registration number, chassis number or engine number. Subscribers only permitted to perform enquiry on ownership claim records that belongs to their own company.
